Fall down the rabbit hole and explore the magical, vibrant world of

Enter, a free digital exhibition at the National Theatre, features specially-created immersive experiences inspired by, the National Theatre’s new musical created by Damon Albarn, Moira Buffini and Rufus Norris and inspired by Lewis Carroll’s iconic story.
The musical is a coming-of-age adventure that explores the blurred boundaries between our online and offline lives. Enter complements the production through a creative use of technologies: Oculus Rift, Kinect, Google Cardboard and Augmented Reality face-tracking. The exhibition – the first time the National has offered a Virtual Reality experience – is an adventure where visitors fall down the rabbit hole and explore the extraordinary world of

A VR music video experienced through Oculus Rift allows audiences to explore the extraordinary 360° landscape of whilst the Cheshire Cat serenades them with fabulous, an original composition by Damon Albarn with lyrics by Moira Buffini.

The exhibition also includes a mad hatter’s soundscape created in partnership with Mogees; a Kinect experience allowing audiences to walk in; an Augmented Reality face-tracking magic mirror wall; a character avatar builder; and a Google Cardboard home VR experience for iOS and Android.

Enter is a collaboration between the National Theatre, Play Nicely and 59 Productions, with set designer Rae Smith and associate set designer Tom Paris. It is supported by Room One and Mahdi Yahya.
